Our services include: long-term rentals and tenant search, property purchases and sales, interior design, and renovations with full project management, property management, leased office space, facility, and asset management.
Vestor.Estate is also a team of 14 professionals with an overall 8-year experience in real estate and services related to this market. Only during the last year Sales team attracted about $10 000 000 of investments to the secondary real estate market in the historical center.
Offering property management services, we currently manage 24 apartments in the city center. And, of course, we keep helping our clients to find the best places to stay on a long-term basis. We worked with the employees of Embassies and international organizations from all over the world, such countries as Germany, the USA, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Brazil, UAE, Ireland and keep expanding the horizons.
Let it not surprise you, the company that exist for about half a year, has such accomplishments. The history of Vestor starts with its founder - Sean Almeida, who may be familiar to some of you as the co-founder and CEO of AIM Realty Kiev real estate agency. It took him five years to gather and train highly-qualified team, get enough experience and gain the reputation of reliable guide on the market

So, it would be more accurate to say that the beginning of the company you see today, started in 2014 when Sean decided to move from Moscow to Kyiv to develop the real estate market here.
