The contact form and the enquiry form on each listing collect your name, email address and phone number (at least one of the two), your message, the page you sent it from, and the property you asked about.

We use this to reply to you and to handle your request. The inquiry reaches our team by email and as a Telegram notification, and a copy is stored in our content system (Sanity), where only our team can read it. We keep it for as long as it takes to deal with your request and any work that follows from it.

Our email runs through Google Workspace, and the form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Every inquiry carries a short note on how you reached us: the UTM tags of the link you followed (if it had any), the website you came from (its domain only), the page you sent the form from, and the first page you opened in this visit.

To know that first page, your browser keeps it in its session storage until you close the tab. Only this site can read it, it is never sent to a third party, and it leaves your browser only inside an inquiry you send. It is functional storage in the sense of the ePrivacy rules, and it works the same whatever you choose in the cookie banner. We use the note to see which pages and channels lead to real conversations.

Cookies that keep the site running need no consent. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. It records which pages are visited, how long people stay and which links are clicked (email, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp), and counts a sent inquiry as a lead, without your name or message. Google processes this data on our behalf.

The banner remembers your choice in your browser (local storage). You can change it any time with "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. Choosing "Necessary only" keeps Google Analytics switched off.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles requests, security and caching, so it sees your IP address and basic technical details when you load a page.

Some pages show videos from YouTube. A video player contacts YouTube (Google) when the page loads, and YouTube may set its own cookies according to its policy.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, object to how we use your data, and ask for a copy you can take elsewhere. Write to hello@vestor.estate and we will answer. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
