Design process

The previous masters put the ceiling down on 40 cm to decrease the renovation price and pay less for the heating. We returned it to the original altitude, so the apartment got back its charm, changed radiators, and made a heated floor for comfortable living.

While dismantling, we found the additional sewer pipe that allowed us made one more bathroom. So that in this apartment, we have implemented the opportunity to make three bathrooms, with two of them located in the bedrooms. The bedroom with access to the veranda that lies along the apartment replaced the old kitchen, and a new kitchen-living room with multiple windows has the balcony exit, too.

Rational planning and creativity made this apartment spacious and full of air and light.
